Job Description:

Summary The Senior Data Management Rep is responsible foroverseeing the accurate and timely entry, maintenance, andverification of provider applications and data in accordance withregulatory and organizational requirements. This role ensures allrequired documentation is present, verifies provider credentials,and executes updates, changes, and terminations for provider andoffice records. The position is production-driven and demands ahigh level of attention to detail, data integrity, and compliance.

Duties

• Enter and maintain provider application data with speedand accuracy.
• Verify all required regulatory documents andcredentials are received and compliant.
• Ensure providerapplications meet all organizational and state-specificrequirements.
• Make real-time updates for provider records,including additions, changes, and terminations.
• Apply updates tooffice data as needed, ensuring location/provider alignment.
• Monitor accuracy and completeness of all entries to meet productionand compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams toresolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain detaileddocumentation of actions taken in relevant systems (e.g.,Salesforce).
• Support audits and regulatory reviews by ensuringdata accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to ongoingimprovements in data entry processes and system usage.
