$20•$24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM•4

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Perform daily accounting of warrantable repairs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions Manage warranty claims processing and investigate failures to identify and rectify issues Act as a liaison between business operations and IT teams, reporting technical issues and assisting in resolution Work with robotic processing and bots to streamline repetitive administrative tasks Maintain and update guideline tables for efficient data management using tools like Power BI Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of bot processes and data integrity

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling Experience or familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a plus Prior exposure to warranty or claims processing is advantageous Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically

Key Tasks:
