• Utilize phone etiquette skills to interact with customers professionally
• Support sales team by expediting approval processes
• Handle office tasks related to approvals Qualifications
• Proficient in data entry and office software applications
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in outbound calling is a plus
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately
