Great Benefits Package Included About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Data Entry Clerk to join our healthcare team in Bossier, LA. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, supporting the smooth operation of our medical office. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter patient information, medical records, and billing data into electronic systems Verify data for accuracy and completeness; correct errors as needed Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing medical documents Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the healthcare field while working in a supportive and professional environment.
