This position involves working with inventory data and ensuring accuracy in recording and reporting information. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be comfortable using iPads for data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

Conduct physical inventory counts of bus parts to ensure accurate records. Input inventory data into an iPad efficiently and correctly. Maintain precision in counting and recording numbers without performing calculations. Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies in inventory. Ensure all data is entered promptly and adheres to company standards. Use email correspondence to communicate updates or issues. Perform annual inventory tasks as required. Follow established procedures for data entry and inventory management. Assist in maintaining organized and accessible inventory records. Proven experience with data entry tasks and inventory management. Strong attention to detail and ability to count accurately. Proficiency in using iPads or similar devices for data entry. Familiarity with email correspondence for clear and precise communication. Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines. Effective organizational skills to manage inventory records. Previous experience in annual inventory processes is a plus.
