Document Scanner 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Agawam, MA 01001 Agawam manufacturing company currently seeking a Document Scanner for their office. 1st shift, full time opportunity! Candidate would be responsible for accurately scanning documents and data entry into our databases. Your attention to detail and proficiency with office software will be crucial in ensuring that all information is captured correctly and efficiently. This position is vital for maintaining the integrity of our data collection processes. Responsibilities Perform scanning of various documents, ensuring high-quality digital copies are created. Enter data into databases with accuracy, utilizing basic math skills as necessary. Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and reference. Utilize office software, including pivot tables, to analyze data as needed. Assist with administrative tasks related to data management and reporting. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in data collection. Experience Proficiency in computer use, particularly with office applications and databases. Experience with data entry and organizational tasks is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in an administrative or office environment is advantageous but not required.
