• Collaborate with the accounts payable team to resolve discrepancies in data.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and data entry standards.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage high volumes of data efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
• Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding the status of the backlog.
• Identify and report errors or inconsistencies in financial data for resolution.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures.
