• Duties
• Utilize computerized systems to collect, organize, and maintain data
• Create and update databases with collected information
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Transcribe, file, and manage data in various formats
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Conduct data collection activities following established protocols
• Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks related to data collection
• Utilize pivot tables for data analysis
• Qualifications
• Proficiency in computerized systems for data collection
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience working with databases and Excel
• Ability to transcribe and file data accurately
• Knowledge of basic math for calculations related to data collection
• Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus
• Familiarity with pivot tables for data analysis is advantageous
