Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist Unity Fi Solutions Charlotte, NC 28202 • Hybrid work

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our fintech team. This hybrid role involves a mix of in-office and remote work, with mandatory in-office days on Tuesday- Thursdays . The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the banking or fintech industry.

Essential Job Functions:

Enter customer and account data from source documents within established time limits. Create and maintain spreadsheets with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Verify data accuracy by comparing it against source documents. Update and maintain existing data within company systems. Answer phones and provide customer support as needed. Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as needed. Perform regular backups to safeguard data integrity.

Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Successful completion of pre-employment background screening is required. Computer Proficiency is a must, especially in Office suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM platforms Ability to pay attention to details and excellent reporting skills. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
