This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely data compilation for technical reports by reviewing environmental laboratory reports and entering results into standardized Excel tables. Responsibilities:
Review laboratory analytical reports for environmental samples (soil, groundwater, vapor, etc.) Enter laboratory results and field sampling data into summary tables used in technical reporting Prepare and format Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) in accordance with state and federal regulatory guidance Assist with geolocation data formatting and verification for environmental sample locations Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist project managers and technical staff with data tabulation, formatting, and data visualization tasks Maintain digital filing systems for lab reports and data summaries
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (AA or equivalent) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas, and data validation) Excellent attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
