Job Description
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Grievance & Appeals Data Entry Specialists to support our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong data entry skills and experience in healthcare or compliance. You’ll play a key role in accurately entering, tracking, and processing appeal and grievance information in accordance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter appeal and grievance data into internal systems and databases. Review incoming documentation to identify case type, member/provider details, and required actions. Assign appropriate case categories and codes based on content and regulatory guidelines. Generate and send acknowledgment letters and status updates using standardized templates. Maintain detailed and organized electronic records of all case activity. Track case progress and update status fields to reflect current stage of resolution. Collaborate with internal departments to gather missing information or clarify case details. Ensure all data entry meets internal quality standards and regulatory timeframes. Prepare case files for clinical or administrative review by compiling relevant documentation. Monitor personal work queues and reports to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. Familiarity with appeals, grievances, or claims processing is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

EST Pay:
$20/hr. Pay cycle•weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered Anticipated start date: 7/28/2025
