Data Entry Clerk Position Available In Wilson, North Carolina

Data Entry Clerk Wilson Trailer Sales and Service 1605 Thorne South Avenue, Wilson, NC 27893 Wilson Trailer Sales & Service, Inc. has an open position for a Data Entry / Parts Clerk. You will work closely with our parts department, service department, and accounting departments. Our ideal candidate would have previous experience with parts inventory record keeping and must have knowledge of general accounting practices. We are a small semi-trailer dealership that offers sales, service, parts, and rentals. Our work week is 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Benefits include company paid health insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer Incoming Phone Calls
• Post all incoming parts to inventory accurately
• Update all pricing as prices change from our vendors
• Create invoices for customer orders
• Create and close work orders
• Post parts to work orders
• Year-end inventory
• Inventory reports
• Coordinate the process of product returns with vendors
• Work with vendors regarding shortages, overages, discrepancies, damaged product, and backorders. Requirements
• Proven experience in data entry
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Experience with Quick Books is a plus
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with staff, customers, and vendors
