The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and medical terminology, along with proficiency in Prime RX. The Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring accurate data management and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Utilize financial software, including Quicken and PeopleSoft, to manage and analyze financial data. Perform accurate data entry and maintain records with attention to detail. Apply medical terminology in relevant tasks to ensure proper documentation and communication. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping practices. Maintain effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients and team members. Execute 10 key typing tasks efficiently for various reporting needs. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficient in Prime RX (Micro Merchant) required. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not required. Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Ability to perform account analysis and resolve discrepancies effectively. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
