Onsite in Kinnelon, NJ 07405 The Administrative Support / Data Entry Specialist is responsible for gathering, verifying, and entering detailed public construction bid information into the company’s internal database. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Administrative Support /
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
Conduct daily research using hard copy and online newspapers to identify new and updated construction bid opportunities. Monitor and extract project data from agency, owner, and design firm websites. Establish and maintain relationships with Project Owners and Design Firms to obtain accurate and timely bid information. Code and enter new construction projects into the internal database with precision. Proofread and verify all entries for accuracy and completeness. Maintain a calendar of projects with scheduled follow-ups to track updates and deadlines. Communicate with project contacts via phone and email to confirm and update bid details. Obtain and enter Plan Holder lists when publicly available. Prioritize and respond to client requests for additional project information in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Client Services Department and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction. Provide research coverage for other territories as needed during absences or high-volume periods. Administrative Support /
Data Entry Specialist Qualifications:
2-3 years of stable experience in a research, data entry, or administrative role. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently after training. Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude. #ZR
