invites you to join our team! As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by ensuring the precision and reliability of our data, which is essential to our success.
Responsibilities:
Collect, extract, and input data accurately, utilizing our software tools and various techniques, in accordance with our database schema.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and appropriate categorization for targeted initiatives.
Examine and validate data to guarantee completeness and correctness.
Consistently update databases and meticulously track all assignments.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve data collection, database maintenance, and reporting procedures.
Uphold data quality and dependability by independently managing challenges and executing tasks efficiently.
Coordinate and communicate with the internal team to facilitate smooth workflows.
Assist with administrative duties and specific projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen and 50 years of age or older.
English Proficiency:
Exceptional English skills are crucial, with a strong ability to communicate effectively within an American cultural context.
Ability to quickly acquire and adapt to new tools and processes.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Strong knowledge of database management and data extraction techniques.
