Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a “SAP Data Entry Clerk based out of Branchburg, NJ
.
Job Duration:
Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension & Conversion)
Pay Rate:
$24/hr on W2

Detail-oriented and organized SAP Data Entry Clerk with hands-on experience in SAP inventory transactions
, work orders
, and the maintenance module
. Adept at managing data using various SAP T-codes, supporting warehouse and procurement operations, and ensuring cGMP-compliant documentation
. Skilled in document control tasks such as scanning, archiving
, and managing purchase orders
. Brings strong attention to detail and accuracy, supporting both digital and physical inventory tracking while contributing to team efficiency in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry in SAP related to parts, work orders, and inventory movements.
Utilize various SAP T-codes for maintenance, procurement, and materials management activities.
Process and maintain purchase orders and related transactional data.
Execute SAP inventory transactions
, including goods issues, receipts, and stock transfers.
Check and verify documents for cGMP compliance
, ensuring regulatory accuracy.
Scan, archive, and manage documentation according to company policies.
Assist with stocking shelves and physical inventory organization in support of warehouse operations.
Support maintenance or facilities teams by managing SAP work order entries and updates.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate s or bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
Certification or training in SAP
, ERP systems
, or GMP compliance (a plus)
