Data Entry Specialist Position Available In Albany, New York

The Division of Real Estate’s Health, Safety, and Security Management Unit is seeking six reliable and detail-oriented temporary Data Entry Specialist to assist in high-volume ID card processing operations. This is a critical role aimed at eliminating a backlog of security ID card requests for state personnel and visitors.

• Major Duties
• + Accurately process approximately 50 ID cards per day using systems such as MEDIP, DMV, and Honeywell EBI + Perform data entry and maintain workflow records in Excel trackers + Manage card activations, modifications, replacements, and deactivations + Coordinate appointments and provide customer service via phone and email + Support the Visitor Management System and handle special agency access requests + Troubleshoot issues and maintain associated Honeywell accounts •Exciting Opportunity Details•+ •

Pay Rate:

• $20/hour +

• Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, staggered shifts (subject to change) + 7:00 AM
• 3:00 PM (2 positions) + 8:00 AM
• 4:00 PM (2 positions) + 9:00 AM
• 5:00 PM (2 positions) +

• Dress Code:

• Business Casual or Casual +

• Parking/Transportation:

• No free parking provided. Staff responsible for their own transportation. Options include CDTA bus or paid downtown parking lots/garages. +
