Months Overview:

The PlatformSpecialist is a productive and established individual contributorresponsible for handling unique or complex customer transactions,including updates, corrections, and requests that occur outside thestandard platform process. This role supports transactionprocessing while helping to drive platform adoption and operationalefficiency. The Platform Specialist will address inquiries withspeed and accuracy and ensure adherence to service level agreements(SLAs). The specialist will perform transactional functions,support associate requests, and promote consistent, high-qualityservice delivery.

Knowledge and Skills :

Strong knowledge ofprofessional communication techniques and customer service bestpractices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especiallyOutlook and Excel. Understanding of business programs, services,and products. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Capable of analyzing data to identify trends and insights.

Results-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and act withurgency. Collaborative team player who can also operateindependently when needed.

Qualifications :

Associate degree orequivalent experience with at least 3 years of relevant functionalexperience OR High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years offunctional experience, preferably at a senior level. Solidunderstanding of transactional processes and ability to applyknowledge to a broad range of task.
