Compensation Range:
$17.00 – $22.10 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximumpensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’spensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE
Serves as a TAR Data Entry Coordinator for the research lab of Dr. Loh, which focuses on improving care for older adults with cancer, specifically those with blood cancer. The person will help with various tasks related to study design and management including but not limited to preparing study protocols and relevant documents, consenting patients, data abstraction/entry, managing data, and produce tabular and graphical displays of data. The person may also participate in disseminating study findings through preparation of conference abstracts and/or peer reviewed manuscripts. Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot problems is essential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Data collection; assists study coordinator in screening for eligible patients, consenting patients, performing/collecting study assessments, and creating relevant study documents (e.g. recruitment fliers). Data entry and management; assist the PI and study coordinator in data abstraction from medical records as well as data entry from study forms and data checking. Data curation and analysis; identifieds, reviews, and systhesizes relevant literature, conducts statistical analyses and generates graphical representations of data Disseminates research findings; assists the PI in the preparation of conference abstracts and or peer reviewed manuscrips. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma and 1 year of related experience required Or equivalentbination of education and experience
