Part-Time Clerical Position We are seeking detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our team as Part-Time Clerical Staff at R.C. Davis Co. Inc.. These positions are permanent and include paid holidays.

Position:

Part-Time Clerical Staff Hours:

Monday – Friday 1 PM – 5 PM (Hours are not flexible)

Location:

R.C. Davis Co. Inc., Farmingdale/Melville, NY Must be good with numbers and comfortable dealing with sales data

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation Answer and direct phone calls Support various departments with administrative duties Handle order entry and emailing

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good with numbers and comfortable handling data Ability to work independently
