We are a growing company in the home textile industry , specializing in home products e.g., throws, pillows etc. With a focus on speed & quality, we’re seeking a reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team during a busy period.

Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk , you will play a key role in maintaining accurate product and sales data, updating inventory records, and assisting in catalog organization. Your work will help support seamless operations across our production, sales, and e-commerce functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update invoices and apply payments details and update records accordingly Assist in compiling simple reports or summaries as needed

Qualifications:

Previous data entry or administrative experience (ideally in a product-based business) Strong attention to detail, particularly with product codes, measurements, and descriptions Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and/or inventory management tools Good organizational skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently High school diploma or equivalent required Nice to

Have:

Background in home textiles, retail, or e-commerce Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
