The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our databases and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. Responsibilities Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems. Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats. Organize and maintain files to ensure easy retrieval of information. Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in processing requests. Utilize pivot tables and other Office applications to analyze data as needed. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes. Assist in the development of efficient data management systems. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience in pivot tables. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with order entry and database management preferred. Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to computerize and manage large volumes of data efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
