Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries by phone or email. Update company database. Job creation and job closing in company E2 system Manage and submit billings to Accounts Receivable Daily collaboration with Accounting and Administrative departments Maintain records, files and reports according to written procedures

Qualifications:

1+ year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience preferred but not required Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
