Our install teams are responsible for working in new residential neighborhoods where they focus on installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Data Entry Associate to assist our Support Services team with a heavy focus on data entry. The ideal candidate is able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments while working independently with little to no supervision. This position will report out of our Summerville office.
Starting Pay:
$16-$18 /hour based on experience Duties of the Entry Level Data Entry Associate include but are not limited to the following: Use web applications to gather necessary information and data. Clearly communicate information to the field and office personnel. Create and maintain daily reports. Identify and troubleshoot any inconsistencies between estimating bids, accounting software, and purchase orders. Review and input Purchase Orders into the company?s accounting software for billing purposes. Uses appropriate tools for required work including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel to track, document, report data, and maintain builders? schedules. Review field takeoffs to ensure material, quantity, color selections & trim locations match customer specs and selected options.
