We are currently looking to add a Data Entry Specialist to our Payroll Team in Chattanooga, TN.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Specialist to assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate compensation for our employees. Accurately enter and update employee payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, deductions, and bonuses. Verify and reconcile timesheets and attendance records to ensure accuracy. Process payroll transactions and assist in generating paychecks or direct deposits. Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and regulatory agencies. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly. Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Related Field Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in payroll processing or data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
