This position will support quality data abstraction and reporting for STARS and HEDIS measures. While primarily remote, the role requires regional travel, including visits to provider offices and occasional work at the company’s Nashville location. The RN will be responsible for the retrieval, review, and abstraction of medical records and must be comfortable using quality data systems, electronic file transfers, and other secure data handling tools. Professionalism, strong communication skills, and organizational excellence are essential. Key Responsibilities Retrieve and abstract data from medical records for non-complex STARS and HEDIS measures Input collected data into the company’s quality program tools Coordinate with providers and internal teams for on-site scheduling and documentation access Conduct medical record reviews on-site or at designated company offices as required Ensure secure handling of electronic files and portable media Represent the company professionally during site visits and communications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
TN or Compact RN License Comfortable with some travel Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills Excellent telephone and communication skills Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Must successfully complete the training program offered, and meet & maintain acceptable performance goals
