Responsible for compiling data accurately and efficiently for the Culinary Department. Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities Daily reports and necessary communication to the Culinary team Assist with reviewing and auditing Inventory to meet PSC deadlines Assist Culinary Analyst with reviewing and creating process documentation Assist with
