Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems and databases.
Duties:
- Transcribe information into electronic formats accurately and efficiently
- Utilize Excel to organize and manipulate data
- Input data into various systems and databases
- Maintain data integrity by conducting regular quality checks
- Create and update spreadsheets with large volumes of numbers
- Perform basic math calculations as needed
- Utilize pivot tables to analyze data effectively
- Provide general office and clerical support as required
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PDF
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
