Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support our medical records and disability claims processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately logging and updating request information, including patient names, contact details, disability information, and medical facility data, into internal systems. Key responsibilities include verifying and entering data from request forms, following up with dialysis facilities and state disability offices to track the status of medical record requests, and ensuring timely communication and follow-through. You will also assist in cleaning up legacy records and supporting the transition into a new database by accurately transferring and formatting patient data. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable making follow-up calls, and capable of maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
