DOE Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Temp to support the Global Film & TV department. This role is responsible for managing copyright information and cue sheet data for film and television content.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter work and copyright information accurately into internal databases. Ensure data is consistent, standardized, and compliant with internal guidelines. Process and maintain cue sheets related to film and TV productions. Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies to management. Perform additional administrative or support duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines. Capable of multitasking and learning new systems efficiently. Strong team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas). Experience with AS400 systems. Prior experience in music publishing or copyright administration.
