Fuel Data Entry Specialist:

Maintain member, fleet, and billing company information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Process/set up of new fleet customer accounts.
Process fuel bid proposals submitted by the sales team.
Process fuel discounts submitted by the sales team. Managing the approval process, submitting discounts to the billing companies, confirmation from billing companies, and then notification of implementation to the members, sales team, and fleet customer.
Research of fleet customer pricing disputes.
Fuel price component administration.
Gather and distribute updated member information to staff.
General administrative and clerical support/duties Preferred Qualifications of the

Data Entry Specialist:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Dynamics 365 CRM experience is a plus #
