Orange Beach, AL Job Summary The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing pending and received enrollments. Essential Job Tasks Additional duties may be assigned. Research and communicate via phone/e-mail to student the necessary information regarding pending enrollment; provides departmental back-up to enrollment processors. Processes daily received and pending enrollments, updates accounts as required. Researches and processes customer information relative to student accounts in a timely manner. Provide proper documentation, contact notes and follow-up needs within the student file. Consistent availability for phone rotation and chat to provide excellent internal and external customer service. Promotes, maintains and enhances workplace culture within Business Affairs department and the university.
