Enrollment Specialist
- Sylvan Learning in Trussville 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 1110 Chalkville Road North, Trussville, AL 35173
- Schedule-Monday thru Friday 11am-4pm
- Promptly answer calls, as well as return calls and emails. Document customer communication in Hub using Activities. (Variable)
- Review Contact Management Report in SLCLink, call back any leads not yet recorded in Center systems, and verify all have been entered in Hub. (Variable)
- Follow up on pending financing customers and provide support on next steps. 5
- 15 minutes per Customer
- Review Hub Activities to ensure all are being acted upon, including Actionable and Informational Alerts.
