Class Description The purpose of this position is to provide oversight and coordinate the work related to areas including student application, / registration, drop/add and other enrollment processing. Minimum Requirements High School diploma/GED and five (5) years full time or associate degree and three (3) years full time experience in customer service. Experience working in a Registrar’s Office, Admissions, Financial Aid or with Student/Accounts preferred. Experience working in Higher Education, preferably at a Community College preferred. Knowledge/experience working with Student Information systems, specifically Banner, preferred. Prior experience working in a Customer Service or Clerical position required, preferably in Higher Education at a Community College. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends. Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate’s education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

July 2 , 2025 Class Specific Essential Duties Provide day to day processing of enrollment related paperwork.
Resolve and troubleshoot problems in daily processing of service requests related to areas including enrollment, graduation, and course selection.
Process, prepare and validate student documents relating to all aspects of the enrollment process.
Process mail and handle inquiries from internal and external sources to facilitate efficient office operations.
Audit and/or verify student records. Research and resolve discrepancies. Position Specific Essential Duties Assist the Assistant Director, Communications & Quality Assurance with oversight for day-to-day processing of all Enrollment Management student paperwork. Back-up for admissions applications for contracts and special groups, including review of information to ensure data quality prior to processing and completion including International Student Applications.
Support the training of staff in the application processing based on the official SOP procedures, fraud management and related activities.
Assist and oversee the timely processing and resolving of application push errors, batch, and on-line application errors to facilitate the enrollment process. Generate CCBC Student ID Numbers and verify all related enrollment documents including editing of student personal information/program which facilitate accurate reporting for CCBC and National Student Clearinghouse compliance. Review and confirm application information fraud management documents for quality assurance.
Evaluate quality assurance processes to maintain accurate system data, review problem data, check for discrepancies, and make corrections as necessary, enter and/or edit information via student information database to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures for reporting purposes.
Review suspected fraudulent student records. Contact students regarding ID and Residency verifications.
Support the departments use of S.A.F.E. to manage suspected fraudulent student records.
Utilize Element 451 as a customer relationship management (CRM) system to organize and complete daily tasks assigned. Assist with notifications to students, i.e., letters, emails to prepare for timely mailings from Registrar’s office, Financial Aid, and other offices.
Prepare student information for document imaging system Banner Extender to support easy access to all student documents.
