This position involves thorough verification of credentials, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall credentialing process for medical professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of spreadsheets and organized. Duties Maintain provider profiles Data Entry and Checking for accuracy Maintain Company Data Spreadsheets Assistance in Filling out applications Organize incoming mail Scan in mail and Send out for Signatures Receive signed forms and email to assigned companies Confirming Billing Eligibility for Individual Providers Running verification in Provider Directories Qualifications Proven experience spreadsheets Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and record management. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our healthcare services, ensuring that all providers are qualified to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Other duties may be added at a later time.
