As the Enrollment Specialist, you drive profitable sales growthby creating and executing all hiring plans and ensuring allCustomer Service Representatives are trained on all companyprograms, initiatives, and standard client procedures. You are thesubject matter expert in our client procedures, people processes,and product knowledge. You are responsible for creating a cultureof engagement and high performance in our Brand Associates throughtheir ongoing training and development.
