Key Responsibilities:
Medicaid Verification:
Ensure prospective clients have active Medicaid coverage.
Client Outreach:
Initiate contact with parents/guardians to introduce Chrysalis Health services.
Referral Coordination:
Work with the Intake Supervisor to initiate assessments for interested clients.
Data Management:
Accurately enter client information into Microsoft Access Database and eCR.
Administrative Support:
Handle clerical duties, including filing referrals, copying intake packets, and processing incoming mail.
Phone Communication:
Manage high call volumes, assisting referral sources and clients efficiently.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and ensure compliance with all organizational policies.

Skills & Experience:
