JOB SUMMARY

Your duties would include:

+ Determine if cases meet criteria for Intergovernmental Case Processing. + Complete activities associated with complex and/or escalated projects. + Gather information and analyze case data to determine next steps. + Oversee resolution of complex problems relating to international case processing. + Interact with customers, legal services providers, other states/countries, employers, and other business partners. + Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Intergovernmental operational procedure. + Coordinate and consult with Program Office process teams. + Provide guidance, clarification, interpretation, formal feedback, and instruction to team members.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

+ Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue. + Six months of experience with the Child Support Program at the level of Operations Analyst I or above. + One year of experience in explaining complex policies and procedures with employees, partners, or public. + One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others. + One year of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods.

PREFERENCES

+ Preference given to candidates with 6 months experience within the Interstate Initiating or Interstate Responding Workgroup.
