Revenue Maximization Specialist 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 1726 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Maximization Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for determining benefits eligibility and application for services of children entering into state care and any changes to existing children in care by providing administrative and customer service support working with clients; staff; services providers; other agencies and community partners to ensure financial and placement information is accurate, complete and on file. The Rev Max Specialist will work closely with the Rev Max Coordinator. The Rev Max Specialist is primarily responsible for completing TANF Determinations, Annual Redeterminations for IV-E Eligibility and TANFs, Assisting Caregivers in applying for Relative and Non-Relative Caregiver Funds and completing Referrals for Service. Responsibilities Collect, document, analyze and maintain eligibility determination of all new children in care and all children related to in-home cases. Effectively communicate with staff, clients, service providers, other agencies and community partners to maintain file documentation based on federal requirements. Help manage and complete annual reviews on IV-E, ICAMA and TANF files. Troubleshoot for the department, clients and staff with other agencies to clean up errors and ensure up to date eligibility information. Ensure case information as it relates to the department is entered accurately and in a timely manner into the Florida Safe Family Network (FSFN) system and other reporting systems if needed. Provide monthly reports on data related to Rev Max activities. Complete filing of paperwork. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of administrative or rev max or business support experience. Child welfare or social services experiences with exposure to legal procedural rules and processes is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to utilize customized software. Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills needed. The ability to use independent judgement, problem solve and have a dedicated attention to detail. Successful completion of Level 2 background screening.
