Job Summary:
The Admissions Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students in providing information on the school and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role involves supporting managers on extra tasks and projects while being cross-trained in different areas to support team needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Consults with prospective students regarding program outlines, course requirements, finance options, and school policies. Provides in-person tours for prospective students. Sends virtual tour emails and provide tour documents for prospective students. Organizes and maintains student folders with required enrollment documents. Schedules and conducts enrollment appointments for incoming students. Processes student applications and financial documents. Ensures the successful completion of student enrollment forms and contracts. Maintains and update student tour documents and presentations. Acts as the main point of contact for all prospective students and provide them with accurate and timely information. Collects tuition down payments from new students during the enrollment process. Uploads all necessary student documents to the school database. Assists with the front desk and other operations as needed. Provides support to managers by taking on extra responsibilities, including special assignments and ongoing projects. Submits required documentation for ASCP Insurance for Facial Skincare students. Distributes ASCP certifications to Facial Skincare students as they are received. Provides assistance with student orientations, including setup and activities. Assists in scheduling and organizing orientation day logistics. Records placement data for graduates.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in student enrollment or similar administrative roles is preferred. Knowledge of financial aid is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
