Key Responsibilities Application & Lease Management Assist prospects in completing applications and take over the process when necessary. Communicate application decisions to prospects and finalize the process in property management software Screening & Verification Review all documentation and resolve verification issues with residents. Perform manual and alert verification during screening process, validate process completion, and confirm accuracy of application. Assess all aspects of the screening process to ensure completeness and follow decision tree protocols. Process Optimization & Efficiency Work closely with onsite teams to accelerate application decisions and improve efficiency. Utilize a centralized dashboard with automated routing to enhance engagement and workflow. Continuously refine screening procedures to reduce manual reviews and improve automation. Analyze screening outcomes and residency data to suggest improvements in the approval process. Resident Support & Escalations Address resident escalations and provide real-time updates on application status. Ensure a high level of customer service by effectively managing escalations and concerns. Qualifications & Skills Experience in property management, leasing, or application screening. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Entrata, Vero, and other screening tools. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to manage escalations and resolve resident concerns effectively. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement.
