Position Purpose:
- Maintain internal computer system’s Medicaid managed care membership records related to the qualifications a person or dependent must meet for coverage under the State contract or agreement through thorough research and/or collaboration with the agency contracted by the state to provide information to the Company.
- Must live in or around the Tampa Bay area, as this role requires regular in office attendance.
- + Provide timely, efficient support for the eligibility load process while coordinating with Corporate IS department to resolve issues that arise during the process.
+ Provider research to correct errors in membership and PCP (Primary Care Physician) data input within the AMISYS system. + Complete monthly reconciliation process of remittance files by resolving discrepancies in report. + Generate internal ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in member enrollment, membership eligibility records, member services and data analysis. Knowledge of Medicaid managed care programs and practices, preferably for the assigned State. Experience with the Trucare system preferred.
Pay Range:

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
