JOB DUTIES
Qualify leads with empathy, asking insightful questions to ensure our team can support each client effectively. Guide potential clients by sending representation forms and maintaining clear, supportive communication throughout the intake process. Seamlessly transition signed clients to our legal team for immediate assistance. Keep our case management system updated, ensuring accurate records and timely updates on each lead. Collaborate with referral partners, providing prompt updates to strengthen relationships. Take any intake issues with a proactive, client-focused approach.
