RESPONSIBILITIES
Contacting new clients and providing them with the contact information (direct phone number and email address) of the PL/LA assigned to their case. Informing clients of the necessary documents required for their case. Conducting intake questionnaires with clients to ensure all sections are completed, addressing any areas of confusion. Scanning into Filevine the biographical documents that clients bring.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English Prior Customer Service experience Must be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing Strong administrative and organizational skills Efficient communication skills Ability to meet deadlines
