Full Job Description Intake Specialist Hourly Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, briefly explaining services and setting a warm, welcoming tone Answer phones and manage daily correspondence in a courteous, professional manner Assist with client scheduling and billing coordination Maintain and update client information in the Practice Management System Greet and check in visitors Escalate client or referral source concerns to the Intake Coordinator Respond to emails and referrals from community sources Support the department with file maintenance, data entry, and special projects Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and compassion in all communications Maintain compliance with all Chrysalis Health policies, procedures, and standards of care Uphold the organization’s mission and values in all daily work

Candidate Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or healthcare support experience Ability to communicate professionally in Spanish and English Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Commitment to service excellence, professionalism, and client care Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information What Sets Us Apart?
