Job Summary :
We are in search of an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Admissions Specialist. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in engaging potential clients and guiding them through the enrollment process for our programs. The ideal candidate will possess a solid sales background, exceptional communication abilities, and a sincere dedication to assisting individuals in overcoming mental health and substance abuse hurdles. MUST have experience closing and collecting co-pays/deductibles/
OOPs Responsibilities :
As an Admissions Specialist, you will NOT be tasked with conducting pre-assessments or verifying insurance. Instead, your primary focus will be: Fostering connections with potential clients Providing clients with essential information Alleviating any concerns they may have about embarking on the journey to recovery Uphold our commitment to compliance while effectively building rapport and instilling confidence in prospective patients We offer competitive, above industry standard, compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, 401k, life insurance and more!
