Our Admissions Specialists are responsible for responding to inquiries to those seeking treatment at a substance abuse or mental health treatment facility. The most qualified candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, work well in a team atmosphere and have a desire to help others.

Essential functions:

• Receive inbound calls as well as chat submissions and email inquiries.
• Complete a clinical pre-screening with potential patients to access their needs.
• Maintain conversation and practice active listening with caller while completing basic data entry.
• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable answers to those with questions about treatment and admissions process.
• Utilize software to verify insurance online and review private pay options.
• Able to maintain confidentiality with each potential patient.
• Able to establish and maintain successful working relationships.
• Able to maintain composure in a high-volume department and assist team members.

Skills:

• Competence working with multiple computer systems required.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
