Summary As an Enrollment Specialist at Second Mile Education, you will play a vital role in guiding students through the enrollment process, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. This position is essential in helping us fulfill our mission of transforming lives through education. Responsibilities Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, providing information about programs and resources. Conduct outreach to schools and community organizations to recruit potential students. Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and educational partners. Assist in the creation of marketing materials to promote enrollment initiatives. Provide academic advising to help students navigate their educational paths. Facilitate workshops or presentations on educational opportunities and resources. Requirements Proven experience in academic advising or student recruitment within an educational setting. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is a plus.
