Medicare Retention Specialist Health Exchange Agency Boca Raton, FL 33432 Overview We are seekinga driven and detail-oriented Medicare Retention Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL . This role focuses on supporting and retaining our Medicare clients by helping them stay informed, satisfied, and covered. Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to existing Medicare clients to ensure satisfaction and promote policy retention. Assist clients with renewals, coverage questions, and benefit updates. Provide clear guidance on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Keep accurate and organized records using our CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client experiences.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational habits with attention to detail. Comfortable making outbound calls and using CRM software. Prior experience in Medicare, health insurance, or customer service is a plus. Active health insurance license (Life & Health) is preferred but not required .

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish a plus) Experience in a call center or high-volume client environment Familiarity with Medicare regulations and plan options
