About This Role:
Provider Credentialing & Enrollment:

Manages full-cycle credentialing, enrollment, and re-credentialing for providers across Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial insurance plans, ensuring all documentation meets payer and regulatory standards.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintains accurate and up-to-date provider records, monitors expirables, and ensures compliance with NCQA, AAAHC, HRSA, FTCA, and other regulatory requirements through timely verifications and background checks.

Systems & Data Management:

Utilizes credentialing software to organize workflows, track deadlines, update payer databases, and generate reports, ensuring data accuracy and uninterrupted provider reimbursement.

Payer Relations & Issue Resolution:

Acts as the primary liaison between providers and payers, resolving credentialing issues, expediting applications, and collaborating with billing and revenue cycle teams for timely communication and updates.

Process Improvement & Policy Adherence:

Recommends and implements improvements to streamline workflows and maintain audit readiness while ensuring strict adherence to Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, and all applicable regulations and policies.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider credentialing or payer enrollment preferably in an FQHC, hospital or multi-specialty practice setting. Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment is strongly preferred.
